Locking page elements

Once an element (such as text box, image, shape and so on) is positioned to the right position, use the lock tool to prevent it from being accidentally moved.

To lock an element on a page:

1. Click on the element.

2. Select Lock from the Edit menu.

3. Move your mouse over the element, it is indicated by a golden lock (  ).

To unlock an element on a page:

1. Click on the locked element.

2. Select Unlock from the Edit menu.

Note: You can use Lock All/Unlock All to lock all or unlock all elements on a page.
